B DECK
B-Deck 1-1/2” is the most common structural metal decking. Used on short to medium spans ranging from 3’ to 10’, B-Deck is the ideal structural metal decking. The most common uses for B-Deck are roofing, flooring, and siding.
LINER SLAT
Liner slats are fabricated from durable 16 gauge steel. The long edges are rolled over and the corners are rounded so the installation process is an easy one. Liner slats are perfect for use in stake body style trucks.
SEVEN EIGHTHS CHANNEL
7/8” Hat Channel is an economical framing component used to “Furr” out ceilings and masonry walls. Whether you are looking for a substrate to attach drywall or needing to level an uneven surface; a 7/8” hat channel might be what you need.
1.5 HAT
1-1/2” Hat Channel is also known as a ‘sub grit’ and can be attached vertically or horizontally to a structural wall. Like the 7/8” channel, the 1-1/2” channel is an economical choice when “furring” out walls and ceilings; the deeper the channel to more load it can handle.
PALLET SUPPORT HAT CHANNEL
Often used in pallet rack systems and storage, a pallet support hat channel is a great way to support the weight of your products by fitting inside the pallet rack and sitting on the step of the beam. These hat channels can be made in a multitude of lengths. They are attached to a pallet rack using screws and provides the support for a pallet by using two supports per one pallet span.
PALLET SUPPORT FLANGED
Much like the pallet support hat channel, a flanged channel will support and evenly distribute the weight of a pallet and can be made in a multitude of lengths. Unlike a hat channel support, the flanged support will fit over top of the beam of the system and will be fastened with screws. This style of support will enhance the integrity and stability of the pallet rack system.
U-CHANNELS
U-Channels are a channel made with their open sides the same length. You will find U-Channels in structural applications or engineering. These can be produced in ½”-14” wide with the capability to have ½” to 3” tall sides.
Cee Purlins are secondary steel framing components used for roofing and wall support. They are also used as header, sill, brace, and more. Cee Purlins can be produced in 2” to 14” wide.
Zee Purlins are also secondary steel framing components. They are almost exclusively used as roof purlins and wall girts on metal buildings. A major benefit to zee purlins is their ability to end lap. These can be produced in 4” to 14” wide.
Z-Channels are commonly used as framing, supports, reinforcememnts, slides and tracks. Many times you will see Z-Channels in mezannines, metal buildings, and construction. Z-Channels can be produced in ½”-6” wide.
